Doors in the DOOR app show generic system names — impossible to tell which is the lobby, garage, or side entrance. We're submitting a collective feature request for custom aliases.

Residents need answers on construction timeline and promised amenities. We are drafting a collective letter to management with the following questions:
  • When will the entire building construction be complete? Residents need a firm date to plan mortgage approvals and other financial commitments.
  • When will the barbecue terrace and party room be open? These were part of the building's advertised amenities.

What is this website?
A community tracker run by residents of EX1 and EXS at The Exchange. We use it to document building issues, organize collective letters to management, and keep residents informed.
How do I join the resident WhatsApp community?
The invite link is shared in the building — check the mailroom flyer, or ask a neighbour. The community has a general group, building-specific issue groups, and an ads/listings group.
How do I report a new building issue?
Post in the relevant WhatsApp group (EX1 or EXS issues group), or add it to the community issues board. If enough residents share the same complaint, we'll open a tracker on this page and coordinate a response.
What is Condo Control?
The official building management app. Use it for maintenance requests, amenity bookings, and direct communication with management. It's separate from this resident-run community.
